Quoine prides itself in being a trading platform with a niche for crypto units specifically bitcoin. There are also other crypto units that you can trade. These crypto units have mostly pairs with each other or with the Japanese yen or the United States dollar when trading.
Some of the crypto units that you can come across in this platform include Quoine’s own Quash, the bitcoin, ethereum, XRP, Tpay, and Kryll. These are just some of the common units in a sea of many. You can also buy and sell multiple fiat currencies.
Starting March 19, 2019, a new fee structure is going to be applied. In this structure, a flat 0.05% fee in Quash is incurred on all maker and taker orders and also for crypto/fiat orders. If you don’t pay using Quash, the fee will be 0.1%.
Liquidation attracts a 0.2% fee which adds on to the 0.1 trading fee. There are no deposit fees for crypto and flat deposits. For withdrawals, you incur a fee of 5 units of the base currency you are using be it the United States dollar, the Australian dollar or the euro. Other charges include lending interests and processor charges.
The customer support can be summed as being efficient despite lacking a dedicated telephone line. However, the live chat feature and a support email come in handy to your aid in case of any issue. It also features multilingual support for clients from non-English speaking countries such as Japan and China.
