A Brief Overview Of Liquid Crypto
Liquid crypto exchange was founded in 2014 and operated under its parent company Quoine Pte. Ltd. It has its primary objective set at providing a globally unified platform that “bridges the world of Fiat and Crypto” currencies. Today the broker has its corporate headquarters in Tokyo-Japan but also maintains active offices in Vietnam and Singapore.
Assets Traded On The Platform
Liquid exchange specializes in currency exchange. It provides for the exchange of fiat-to-digital as well as crypto-to-crypto currencies exchanges. Some of the crypt asses traded her include:
- Bitcoin
- Ethereum
- Bitcoin cash
- Ripple
- Dash
- Quash (native token for the liquid platform)
Fees
Liquid doesn’t charge a fee for fiat and crypto deposits on its platform. Neither does it charge a fee for crypto withdraws. Fiat currency withdrawals from the platform are however subjected to a standard rate of 5 units of the currency being withdrawn. However, transaction charges range from 0% to 0.1% depending of on the pairs traded.
Customer Support
Liquid crypto broker’s customer service team is available throughout the year. They are prompt and have left a trail of satisfied customers online. The support is also multilingual addressing their customers in such languages as English, Japanese, and Vietnamese languages. Moreover, they can also be accessed through their email: support@liquid.com of their social media handles like Facebook, Twitter, and telegram as well as LinkedIn.
Pros
- Lists almost all the popular crypto coins
- Leverages and margin trading available
Cons
- Inflexible with no mobile app
Verdict
Liquid exchange has an elaborate and transparent platform, regulated by different national agencies and maintains a high level of customer support. However, while they could have done better with a smart phone app, I believe it is a decent broker.
